Every month I highlight two techniques or products at my Stamp and Share and Technique Tuesday (Stamp Club).  This time I will be highlighting the Rubber Cement Technique~I haven't thought about that for years!  At Founder's Circle this year, Christina Crawford swapped a rubber cement Christmas card~it kicks!!  Funny how we get wrapped up in the latest stampin' craze and forget about all the craziness of years past . . .

We were thrilled by the harvest we got from our apple tree this year–the most ever!  McRae picked the perfect apple for her teacher and we wrapped it up.  It is a little over-the-top, but so pretty. 

We stamped one of our NEW Kraft boxes and wrapped it with our fabulous fabric! Check out the Mini Catalogue for all our great Fall products~the box features our "Spice Cake" product suite.

The top was adorned with buttons, hemp, tags, and vintage trinkets. The leaves were coated with crystal effects and sprinkled with a dash of glitter.

McRae was sure to tell her teacher how to open it!

We are making our way through our apples . . . Jason made TWO apple pies on Sunday.  Yes, two.  Yes, Jason.

These cards have been a HIT this spring!  My friend, Trish, demonstrated this technique at our Stamp and Share.

Start by scribbling with a few coordinating colours of Water Colour Crayons on to Whisper White card stock~I used the Bright Collection of crayons.

Next, using an Aquapainter, drag the colours from the top of the card stock to the bottom to create the water coloured layers.

Once the paper is dry, stamp with an image of your choice using Black Staz On ink.

These are packs of 5 cards with coordinating envelopes.  The large cello bag and coordinating topper make it a great gift!  Women will be making TEN packs of these at Saturday's Stamp-a-palooza~wowzers!
